Dr. Sara Ilnitsky, Specialist, Reproductive Endocrinologist/Fertility Specialist
I knew I wanted to work with couples struggling with fertility early in my medical training. As a medical student, I was deeply impacted by the tears of joy and hope from a couple with infertility as they heard their baby’s heart beat for the first time. From that moment I knew I was meant for a career in this field.
Dr. Ilnitsky is associated with the Pacific Centre for Reproductive Medicine (PCRM), a distinguished referral partner of Spring Reproductive & Perinatal Wellness.

More About Dr. Sara Ilnitsky
After completing medical school and an Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the University of Alberta I went on to a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility fellowship at Western University in London, Ontario. There I developed a special interest in fertility preservation for people with cancer as well as trans and non-binary folks.
I am privileged to serve the community where I grew up and work alongside a caring, supportive, and experienced group of physicians and staff at PCRM Edmonton. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my young family, gardening, playing tennis, and running and biking in the river valley.
