Insight Psychological Therapists - Brittany Zabolotniuk

Brittany Zabolotniuk, Registered Provisional Psychologist, B.A., M.A.

Prior to working as a Registered Provisional Psychologist, I worked as family specialist, family support, and worked in group home settings providing resources and strategies to children and families. During this work, I presented self-care presentations to colleagues. I also developed and facilitated a sports psychology program for competitive skaters, focusing on the nine mental skills of successful athletes.

After completing The Grief Recovery Method Training from The Grief Recovery Institute, my passion for grief and loss has brought me much clarity on my journey.  The freedom relationally, emotionally, and spiritually that comes from healing is unifying.

Grief is universal, and there are over 40 different types of losses. Whether you are experiencing a transition, new beginning, wanting strategies or resources to increase emotional regulation, I look forward to supporting. I work from a holistic integrative approach, integrating Polyvagal Theory, Grief Recovery Method, and EMDR.
