Practicum Therapists: $100/hour
Post-Practicum Therapists: $150/hour
Canadian Certified Counsellors: $180/hour
Registered Psychologists and Registered Provisional Psychologists: $225/hour
Registered Psychologist (with Advanced Specialty Training): $250/hour
Registered Psychologist (Senior Therapist): $250/hour
Registered Psychologist (Senior Therapist with Advanced Specialty Training): $275/hour
PLEASE NOTE: Effective February 1, 2025, our standard counselling service fee for Registered Psychologists and Registered Provisional Psychologists will increase from $225 to $235 per hour, in accordance with the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta’s recommended fee schedule. Other rate increases are as follows:
Post-Practicum Therapists: $160/hour
Canadian Certified Counsellors: $190/hour
Registered Psychologists and Registered Provisional Psychologists: $235/hour
Registered Psychologist (Senior Therapist with Advanced Specialty Training): $285/hour
The respective no show or late cancellation fee is 50% of your session fee. Please also note that a 50% deposit is necessary to secure the first session booking or in cases where clients haven’t returned within the year. Fees are due at the beginning of each session, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, debit and cash. Not all insurance plans provide coverage for Certified Canadian Counsellors (CCC). Please check your insurance plan prior to booking.

Session fees can also be claimed or arranged through one of the following:
- Child and Family Services
- Certain Employee & Family Assistance Programs
- Extended Health Care Coverage
- First Nations & Inuit Health Branch.
DIRECT BILLING now available for Great West Life, Blue Cross and Greenshield clients.
Please also note that fees for psychological services may be claimed under tax deductible health care expenses on your income tax return.
