Insight Psychological Therapists - Calen Jobson

Calen Jobson, Registered Provisional Psychologist, B.A., M.C.

My interest in the holistic nature of mind, body and emotion was born out of experience within competitive hockey. Impactful counselling, therapy, and coaching involves working with both the mind and the emotional experiences accumulated in the body. My aim is to provide a supportive and encouraging environment where we can recondition the mind and strengthen your confidence. I believe the quality of our lives is largely dependent on the quality of our relationships and within honest confrontation of our patterns lies opportunity for growth and healing.

If you are struggling to take the first step in booking an appointment or curious about whether I am the right fit for you, please give us a call to schedule a free 15 minute consultation.
