My counselling approach is deeply rooted in an eclectic methodology, drawing from a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions. This enables me to tailor my approach to suit the unique needs and preferences of each client, recognizing that no two individuals are the same. I believe in the importance of individualized care, acknowledging that the journey to emotional well-being is as unique as the individuals I serve.
